Secondment/Interim Projects Within Vye secondment the Professional is active within challenging projects at various companies. The emphasis lays on development and guidance. Together with the Professional Vye lays out a 3 year career-curriculum with a predefined starting-point and goal. Within the career-curriculum the Professional develops him- or herself through courses, coaching and working experience. During the projects communication is highly important. Vye maintains a straightforward and direct communication with both the Professional as well as the Company. The set goal can be: a permanent position at a client or other company, continuing secondment on a higher level or continuing as a freelancer (Vye also guides Professionals towards becoming a freelancer).
